Superficial liposuction in combination with subdermal microtunnelling can significantly tighten the skin and improve cellulite at the time of liposuction.
There is persuasive evidence from Italy that certain dietary supplements can improve cellulite and they are widely used in Europe. Dr. Beraka has conducted his own study and recommends these products to selected patients.
The mainstays of both contouring are tumescent liposuction and several different types of abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck).
