Information for Out of Town Patients

Many people from out of the New York area and from other countries come to our plastic surgery office in the Upper East Side of Manhattan for cosmetic surgery. Because an increasing number of out of town patients choose Dr. Beraka as their Plastic Surgeon, our practice is particularly structured to make it easy for an out of town and international population.

Dr. Beraka's specialized approach allows out of town patients to confidently schedule surgery with the assurance of a reasonably quick return home. For instance, patients from the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, California, Florida, and Washington have all recently undergone surgery by Dr. Beraka and were able to return home in a week.

Through various channels of communication such as email, telephone, fax, photography, and mail correspondence, our office carefully prepares the patient for surgery. Subsequently, one or two days before the procedure, Dr. Beraka meets with the patient in person.

Dr. Beraka's fluency in Spanish and French is also of extreme value as patient/doctor communication is critical both pre and post op. As an added measure, when visiting patients schedule surgery, our office personally arranges affordable and private hotel accommodations, car service and trained private nursing care as needed.
